Our Aromatherapy Massage uses a variety of massage techniques to relax and heal your mind, body and soul.  An aromatherapy oil blend using the finest of ingredients for optimum results to radiate balance and harmony to improve your overall wellbeing will be used. Please note full body massages will not be able to be carried our in 30 & 45 minute, treatments will focus on one or two areas of concern. 

Deep Tissue Massage

Our Deep Tissue Massage focuses on releasing chronic muscle tension.  By applying deeper pressure we are able to focus on the deepest layers of muscle.   Please note full body massages will not be able to be carried our in 30 & 45 minute, treatments will focus on one or two areas of concern.

A Caring Touch Massage

A Caring Touch Massage is a gentle and nurturing treatment that is appropriate for individual needs and is specifically designed for anyone recovering from extreme stress, illness or living with cancer.  We have partnered with Amethyst Trust to provide training to enable the Caring Touch massage to be offered to a client during treatment or post treatment to cancer.  The nurturing massage is completely tailored to support you both physically and spiritually.

Our Indian Head Massage is based on the accident Ayurvedic healing system to restore balance, health & vitality to your body.  It is a holistic therapy incorporating mind, body & spirit that uses specific massage techniques that work on the face, scalp, neck, upper back shoulders and upper arms.  This treatment offers many benefits including reliving muscle ache, improving mobility of upper body and neck, improving mental concentration, relieving eye stain, balancing energy centres to name just a few.  

Lava Shell Massage

Our Lava Shell Relax Body Massage offers a truly pampering treatment combining the warmth of the shells with deeply relaxing massage techniques to create a sense of balance to the entire body and mind. During the massage, the shells are worked over the palms, arms, feet and legs in slow deep moves to warm and de-stress, followed by a wonderfully tranquil massage on the back, neck and shoulder area to ease away all tension, knots and stress.   Please note full body massages will not be able to be carried our in 30 & 45 minute, treatments will focus on one or two areas of concern. Pregnancy Massage

Offers a blissful combination of relaxation and indulgence to easy away aches and pains whilst also creating a sense of balance to the entire mind and body.  Focusing on any areas of concern to ease away all tension, knots & stress, assist with circulation alleviating puffiness and fluid build up. 

Swedish Massage

This is a traditional or classic massage and is gentler than deep tissue massage and better suited for people interested in relaxation and tension relief.  The technique aims to promote relaxation by releasing muscle tension.

Our deeply relaxing Ear Candling treatment is ideal for sufferers of sinus problems, hay fever and headaches.  It will draw compacted earwax and impurities to the surface for easy removal and instant relief.  This is an ancient and natural therapy using light suction and vibration which creates a massage like effect on the ear drum.  This can be upgraded with a pressure point facial massage to aid relaxation and decongestion.  

Lava Tummy Treatment £35

The Lava Shell Tummy Treatment is a natural colonic treatment and ideal for anyone suffering from IBS and bloating. The treatment uses the heated lava shells to massage the abdominal area and improve the functioning of the digestive system.
