Please complete our Health Questionnaire and return completed at least 24 hours prior to all future appointments.


Cancellation Policy

We operate a 48 hour cancellation policy for appointments.  Your appointment is reserved especially for you, and while we understand that sometimes schedules adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We will confirm your appointment with you via email 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.  


Cancellation Fees

Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give at least 24 hours’ notice that you will not be able to make your appointment. Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

‘No shows’ will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.  The cancellation policy gives us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability.  Our aim is to provide you with an excellent level of service and our policies help us to achieve this.  Thank you for viewing and supporting our policies criteria. 


Patch Test Requirements

Certain treatments require a patch test to be carried out at least 48 hours prior to your appointment this is a safety precaution to ensure that the products will not cause a reaction prior to the treatment being carried out.  Unfortunately without this, the appointment won’t be able to take place. 


Payment

Payment can be made on the day preferably via cash or bacs payment.  We also accept card payments for those wanting to use a credit card.  


Parking

There is off street parking available on the driveway please feel free to park here anywhere near the black mini.   


Location

We are located within a quiet house (upstairs on the first floor) in the BH14 area on residential road. 


Opening hours

We are open by appointment only, however we offer late nights Mondays - Thursday. 


Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available for a monetary value (online) or for a specific treatment (direct only) and the expiry date will be shown on the bottom of the voucher.  If you require a physical gift card postage is available on request.
